How we handle your data. Short version: we collect only what the contact form asks for, we do not sell it, and we do not track you with cookies.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), and your message. This data is delivered to us by FormSubmit, which processes the submission on our behalf.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing, newsletters, or any other purpose unless you explicitly ask us to.
Who sees it
Only the Reinzel team. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties, except FormSubmit, which processes the form submission, and Cloudflare, which hosts the site and provides the anonymous visit counts described below.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. It sets no cookies, collects no personal data and does not follow you to other sites, so there is nothing here for you to accept. Your theme and language preferences are stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to a server.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as the conversation is active. Once a project is complete or the conversation ends, we delete it within a reasonable time. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing contact@reinzel.com.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what data we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email contact@reinzel.com and we will respond within a few working days.
